A prerequisite for working with Tara during the Q&A at one of our public events, such as the Monday Meditation and Q&A, is to read, understand and sign your agreement to our Video Recording Permission form.
If you prefer not to participate in the Q&A portion of our Tara events for any reason, we offer paid private sessions with Tara and coaching sessions with John and Katharina, who are certified BodyMindSpirit! Master Coaches.
