Live Online Workshops & Events
Tickets purchased for Tara Channel Live! online workshops and events are eligible for a 100% refund if the refund is requested before the event begins.
However, please be aware that once an event has begun, tickets are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend or participate in the event.
Membership Subscriptions
Tara Channel Live! membership subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
When you cancel your membership, you may request a 100% refund of the membership fee paid for the current monthly billing period. Your subscription will be cancelled so that no additional recurring membership charges are made.
To prevent duplicate refunds or unintended use of this policy, a second or duplicate subscription purchased by the same individual at the same membership level is not eligible for a current-month refund while another subscription at that same membership level remains active.
This policy is intended to ensure that the current-month refund applies to a genuine cancellation of that membership level rather than to a duplicate or replacement subscription while the same membership remains in effect.
Digital Downloads
Because digital products are made available for access or download following purchase, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
This includes downloadable recordings, audio or video files, documents, workbooks, and other digital content, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

That is useful because consumer refund rights can vary by jurisdiction. I also clarified the duplicate-subscription provision so it reads as an anti-abuse safeguard rather than an arbitrary exception.
