This Summer Solstice, the longest day of light, is a doorway. Across two days together on Zoom, we turn to work with the Shadow aspect of Soul, with Tara as our guide, and restore the pieces of Soul you set down long ago and bring forth wisdom from significant spiritual lifetimes.
Tara teaches that your Shadow is the aspect of Soul that gathers the qualities of your Being you set down in moments of pain, in childhood and adolescence. Not your pain itself, but the pieces: your power, your creativity, the parts that once felt unsafe to carry. As Tara puts it, “From the moment you take your first breath, your Shadow is there to gather what you discard.” Your Shadow has held them in sacred trust, waiting until you are ready.
This is restoration, not repair. You were never broken. In this retreat, we restore those pieces in sacred ritual, moving them from the Unconscious into the Conscious mind where Choice resides. As they return, you may find you have more Soul to express what matters to you, and more energy to manifest your dreams and visions.
Everyone who gathers will also with the Light Shadow, the aspect of Soul that carries light from the future. Here you will gather the qualities of Being your Optimal Future Self is asking for, the new energies of creation for the world you are now authoring as Mapmaker Magician.
